1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TLink ("we," "our," or "us"), operating at https://tlink.bond as part of the TTech online utility suite .

By accessing our website, creating short links, generating QR codes, or building link-in-bio pages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of TLink.

2. Permissible Use & Acceptable Use Policy

TLink is provided to facilitate legitimate, safe, and transparent URL redirection and marketing communications. You agree that you will not use TLink to create or distribute links that:

• Phishing & Credential Theft: Direct visitors to deceptive login portals, bank impersonation pages, fake tech support scams, or any attempt to harvest sensitive credentials.
• Malware & Exploit Delivery: Deliver trojans, ransomware, spyware, backdoors, drive-by downloads, or software that executes without informed user consent.
• Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Send bulk unsolicited emails (SPAM), automated SMS spam, or manipulate search engine ranking through blackhat link networks.
• Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Content: Promote illegal drugs, firearms trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, terrorism, non-consensual pornography, or violence.
• Infrastructure Attacks: Perform Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) against internal addresses (127.0.0.1, 169.254.169.254, RFC 1918), denial-of-service floods, or unauthorized vulnerability probing.

3. Link Moderation & Immediate Termination

To maintain the integrity of our domain and protect web visitors, TLink reserves the unconditional right to:

• Disable, suspend, or delete any short link, alias, or user account without prior notice if it is found or suspected to violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Cooperate fully with legitimate law enforcement agencies, cybersecurity registries, and Google Safe Browsing authorities investigating online fraud or abuse.
• Block abusive IP addresses and submit offending domains to public threat feeds.

If your link is flagged or you wish to report an abusive link, please use our dedicated Report Abuse Form or email support@tlink.bond.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Notice

You retain all ownership rights to the original content you link to. TLink does not claim ownership of user-submitted destination URLs.

If you believe a link shortened on TLink infringes your intellectual property or copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request to our designated agent at support@tlink.bond with identifying details and proof of ownership.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TLink is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, rapid sub-100ms redirection, and continuous service availability, we make no guarantees that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TLink, its operators, and the TTech team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your access or inability to access our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at our discretion. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of TLink following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
